Ten Factors That Can Contribute to the State of Your Pelvic Floor
1. Jaw tension
2. Gait and walking patterns
3. How you manage stress
4. Frequency and patterns of toilet visits
5. How you breathe
6. Strength around the hips and pelvis
7. Connection to the abdominal wall
8. Hip mobility
9. Ankle mobility
10. Movement strategies and routines
