Approach and Experience
Teaching yoga to children is pure joy for me. From toddlers to teenagers, I bring a playful, down-to-earth approach to the teachings of yoga. I’ve spent years teaching in public schools, after school programs, pre schools and childcare centers to make mindfulness tools accessible to young people. Local Classes
Sarah offers seasonal classes for toddlers (walkers to 3 years) and children (ages 3-5). Each class offers age appropriate strategies incorporating elemental principles of yoga through movement, breath, and rest.
